With SensibleRest being a new brand and sustainable bedding being relatively new to customers, our strategy was to educate. We didn’t market to directly to users, we taught them about the benefits of natural eucalyptus bedding and the strength of skin rejuvenation. Our work began with developing a strategy, goals and milestones for the project. We defined a site architecture and user flow that is simple to navigate and goal oriented. Focusing on specific user personas, we created journeys that covered user goals for each.
